Art teachers card

Hi every year I make cards for my teachers at the end of the year. The next few cards that I blog about will be teacher cards. Hope you enjoy!

This card was for my art teacher. I decided to make this card because one of our art projects was to pick an image as the big picture and make smaller designs on the outside. We had to use as much color and be as much fun as we could to give it a cool effect. I tried to make the card look as close to the project as possible using stamps.

Hope you enjoy!

Hey its me... Kiki!!!!

Hey I know its been a awhile but I've been really busy! i have gotten into horseback riding with has taken up most of my time. I have been competing pretty much every two weeks. At my last competition I was against riders that should be in the next level and I kicked their butts! i placed 3rd in walk/trot, 1st in walk/trot/canter, 3rd in over X's and champion in the whole division! With getting champion I also got a $80 cash prize! So as you can see I am very busy. I have recently got a Alaskan Malamute puppy named Dexter and now he is almost as big as my 9 year old dog Shadow. Dexter is now 5 months almost 6 and is healthy. Last time I blogged I was in grade 6 and now in September i will be in grade 8.

As you can tell my life has been pretty crazy but since its summer i will write more blogs!
THANK-YOU!

Sock Monkey & a card for my brother

Here is a gift  that I made my brother for Christmas. Since I don't have enough money to get my brother a Christmas gift  I made him this sock monkey. The eyes are the Stampin Up Candy Cane buttons. I knit the hat all by my self and sewed the arms, ears, face and hat on the monkey.
This is the card that I made to go with the monkey. This is one of the best cards that I have made. It took a long time to do but it was worth it. I think my brother will really like his Christmas gift this year.  I took the button brads from the Vintage trinkets and coloured them with a sharpie marker and then covered them in crystal effects.
I used a lot of products to make this card, here's the list:

Stamps:  A cute Christmas, Sock Monkey, Sock Monkey Accessories, All Holidays.
Ink:  Garden Green, Real Red, Basic Grey
Accessories:  Real Red Stin Ribbon, Blender Pen, Dimensionals, Decorative Label Punch, Sponge Daubers, Perfect polka dots Embossing folder, Extra large circle punch, Crystal effects, Vintage trinkets, Dazzling Diamonds glitter, 2-way glue pen.

Hope you like it!!
